Lectio Divina in Small Groups

Conference Call Training on February 21, 2011

Lectio Divina, Latin for divine reading, often seems like a complicated process of prayer that seems to intimidate many students. However, Hebrews 4:12 says that “the word of God is living and effective.” The small group setting is the most effective way to penetrate this living word. It provides students with an opportunity to learn from and invite each other to dive deeper into the living Scriptures as a community. In this phone conference, learn how to effectively implement Lectio Divina in a small group setting and cultivate a desire for the Scriptures in college students.
