Small Group Leader Formation
Conference Call Training on September 20, 2010
Once you have your small groups up and running, good leaders are the number one factor of success for your groups. Thorough formation will raise the level of care and skill that your leaders put into their groups. It will also ensure that your leaders do not feel left on an island during challenging times. This call outlined priorities for this training, as well as propose a bi-monthly leadership curriculum for the semester.
